|CONDITIONS OF CURRENT OFFERS|
|If you are not happy with your items, you have a period of 14 days in which to return or exchange your purchase from the date of receipt of your order.
|Log in to your customer account and click on "MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE".||Enter your returns information and print your returns form and transport label.|
|Pack your items carefully in the original packaging and include the printed returns form.||Attach the shipping label onto your package and drop it off at your local post office or at one of the selected pick-up points.|
|Refunds are made within an average of 48-72 hours after the item is received (excluding sales periods)|
|COLISSIMO RETURN WITH PREPAID LABEL:
|Parcels can be dropped off at a post office or at a retailer offering postal services. The label generated when the returns/exchange form was created should be affixed to the parcel.Returns take 3-4 days from a post office or 10 days from a retailer.|
|For returns from France, shipping costs are free if the return is completed within a period of 10 days from the date of shipping of your parcel. After this deadline, and within a maximum of 14 days, a maximum amount of €4 will be deducted from your refund.
The cost varies depending on your Le Club Trendy loyalty programme status:
EUR 4 if you have less than 300 Mods when your returns form is created
EUR 2 if you have between 300 and 500 Mods when your returns form is created (Privilege status)
, FREE if you have more than 500 Mods when your returns form is created (Premium status)
|For international returns (excluding those from Benelux and Germany), €12 will be deducted from your refund, and exchanges are free.
All returns and exchanges from Benelux and Germany are free if made within 14 days.
|RETURNS SENT BY OWN MEANS (WITHOUT PREPAID LABEL):
Returns made to us with a courier of your choice (La Poste, Chronopost, Coursier, DHL) are at your own expense - It will not be possible to return any package without a prepaid label at a retailer.
|Please note that returns are free when these are part of an exchange request. Exchanges are subject to availability. We advise you to make a return and re-order a new item.|
|Items must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging (plastic pouch), accompanied by the returns form that you can create in your personal area on the website. Any item that is returned incomplete, i.e. without the original cardboard label (specifying the brand, bar code and size of the item), without its packaging or that has been worn, damaged, stained, washed or carries odours of cooking, tobacco or sweat, will not be refunded or exchanged.
|Specific conditions with regard to certain product families:
Beauty products must be returned in their original sealed packaging with the protective plastic film and the foil seal intact. These items may not be tested, and must be in new condition, unopened, unused and undamaged. They must not have been not soiled or tested. To return a beauty product, ensure that you place all items back in the original packaging; which has been subjected to a number of conclusive tests. This packaging is designed to resist being knocked, dropped and handled during transportation of the package. However, if the package does not enable you to return the beauty products in good condition after it has been opened, we strongly recommend that you find a suitable container and carefully pack the returned items to ensure maximum protection during transport.
The inner and outer soles of the shoes must not show any signs of wear. We advise you to try on your shoes on a carpet or other surface that will not damage the soles. Shoes must be sent back in their original box (including the size, brand and bar code). The original box is not a suitable box for shipping the item.
|Lingerie & Swimwear:
Underwear must be worn when trying on lingerie and swimwear items. For hygiene reasons, all returned items that do not meet this criteria will not be refunded.
