Orders are processed first thing in the morning on the following working day. Orders logged from 2 pm on Friday to 2 pm on Monday are dispatched on Monday evening.
We will send you an email when your package is dispatched from our warehouse. This email confirms the chosen delivery method and provides you with a tracking number. You can also view and track your order in the "Track my orders" section of your account.

Colissimo delivery by the post office (La Poste) offers 48 to 72-hour delivery in mainland France. Deliveries are made by the post office (La Poste) from Monday to Saturday between 8 am and 7 pm. With Colissimo, you can choose between delivery to your home, post office or to a pick-up point.

Home delivery:
The parcel is delivered to the delivery address provided on your order form. As such, it is important to enter your exact delivery address. If you are out, the post office delivery driver will leave an attempted delivery card so you can go and collect your parcel from the nearest post office. You have 10 working days to collect your parcel from the day on which it arrives at the post office. After this period, it will be returned to Place de Tendances.

Delivery to a post office or pick-up point:
You can choose to have your parcel delivered to a post office (with no need for the postman to go to your address) or to a store near your home, workplace or holiday accommodation where you want your parcel to be delivered. You will receive a text message and an email informing you that your package has arrived and you will have 10 days to collect your order from this date. After this time, the parcel will be returned to Place des Tendances. You will need ID to pick up your parcel.

In all cases, you will be able to track your parcel the day after it has been shipped, at the parcel reference number emailed to you when it was dispatched or via the order tracking link in your Place des Tendances account.
